Assessment and Audit
Audit is used to independently verify how accurate something is to a specification and is usually based on random samples. An assessment is made to verify an outcome and how to bring about change to the outcome. Audit and Assessment are an essential part of day to day business, it is not enough for today’s customers just to deliver product or service, associated compliance and often conformance is now a given priority.
Blue Marble Communications can provide information on the performance of your business and through Audit and Assessment, our Qualified Lead Auditors are able to undertake First and Second Party work and provide a comprehensive report together with opportunities for improvement, to enable your business to move forward and gain value from the process. Our team can work with you on international (ISO), European (EN) and British (BS) Standards as well as product compliance.
Compliance and Conformance
In simple terms, compliance is defined as following a Specification, Standards, Legislation or Plan. Conformance is defined as following Instruction to achieve a desired outcome. Both Compliance and Conformance are absolutely vital when providing a product or service, and failure to comply or conform to the necessary requirements can cause reputational damage to your company, and compromise confidence in your product.
